ANNAPOLIS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. ("HASI," "we," "our," or the "Company") (NYSE: HASI), a leading investor in climate solutions, today announced that it is commencing a public offering of $300 million of shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $45 million of additional shares of common stock. The Company intends to utilize the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes.
J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
