Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
On November 26, 2013, Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of its subsidiaries entered into an Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement (PF) with Bank of America, N.A. in its capacities as administrative agent and lender (the “Amendment”).
The Amendment provides the Company the flexibility to negotiate an alternative interest rate margin on certain loans, with the approval of the administrative agent. In addition, the Amendment provides for minor amendments to certain technical matters in relation to the process for requesting advances, the application of repayments and various other matters.
